Really cool and cozy! The owner is nice, he made me like a hot oat milk latte cause I wanted something warm and simple. And the bus is just straight up cool, very unique idea for coffee, drinks, beer and wine. Oh AND the upstairs is kinda insulated and is WARM with cute lights.

Was walking around after a shift and stumbled upon this new spot. It's a double deck bus conversion! Sat and talked with the owner. The name of the place, Rachel and Rose is after his two grandmother's. A cool addition to the neiborhood with a unique look and feel.

Find out this place opened in the food cart place near Burnside and the park blocks. Had just ordered food and was welcome to bring it in which made me super happy. I like the selection of alcoholic beverages. The beer on tap was perfect. Lattes were very nicely made, smooth and creamy. The people were very friendly. The bus! Super awesome. Upstairs is spacious and I love the layout, also the heat was a great bonus making the atmosphere perfect. Love it and will definitely be coming back soon.

This place was a great spot to grab a coffee. Nice view of big pink from the upper deck. In a perfect spot for some chill drinks at night. Ill definitely be back to grab a beer sometime.

Wandered opposite direction down our own SW Park Ave to where downtown meets Old Town. An area we had not meandered to since moving here from ATL...on our own street. Found a wonderful alcove of food cart pods the most outstanding of which my husband and I are now enjoying Passover wine in: a new / old double decker converted bus owned by an adorable couple and their soon to be toddler. Rachel and Rose Double Decker exemplifies true Portland...not the stuff you see on cable network news. Come enjoy PDX with us...the drinks will be on us at Rachel and Rose Double Decker

My husband (pictured) and I stumbled upon this double decker bus after getting some food from a food truck. We just HAD to check it out! We were very graciously welcomed in, allowed to take our food upstairs and enjoy a very fine beer! The owner was a SUPER nice guy, and he clearly has put a ton of work into this endeavor. I highly recommend stopping by and supporting your new local businesses!!! Patronizing places like this will help bring our beloved Portland back to life. Come!!

Ray is so friendly and an expert at customer service. The vibes are good coffee, good people, and good fun!! And it's a Magical Mystery Tour Double Decker Bus for gosh sakes!!! PDX doesn't get any better than this joint in the Historic Ankeny Bathhouses. Hope lives on.

Covered and heated seating, cold beer, hot coffee, and a nice little wine collection. Plus, the bartender is cute
